FC Lady Patriots Volleyball

Any player who intends to tryout for the girls’ volleyball team should complete this form. Once the form is submitted, each player will receive an email from the coaching staff regarding further instructions. Players who were on the team previously do not need to complete this form.

Players interested in trying out for the team will need a current physical (dated on or after May 1, 2020) in order to participate. The physical form can be downloaded at www.vhsl.org in the Forms section.
