The First Colonial HS Girls Volleyball Parents Association is hosting a fundraiser at Shorebreak Pizza on Tuesday, August 24th, 5-9 p.m. Come out to support the team as we raise money for the Showcase Tournament in Richmond. The team will arrive at approximately 6:45 p.m. Be sure to tell your server you are there for the FC Girls’ Volleyball Cashola. Thanks!
The FC Women’s Volleyball Parent Association is hosting a car wash fundraiser on Sunday, August 15th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Big Al’s Mufflers and Brakes. Come out to support the girls as they raise money for their trip to Richmond for the Virginia Volleyball Showcase Tournament at RVC (September 3 & 4).
The F.C. Girls’ Volleyball Roster has been posted for the 2010-2011 school year. Please see the link for the roster at the left side of the team website home page.
Tryouts for the 2010-2011 season have been extended through Tuesday, August 10th as per the following schedule:
Friday 8/6, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Saturday 8/7, 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Monday 8/9, 5:30-8:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8/10, 5:30-8:00 p.m.
The final roster will be posted Tuesday evening. Late tryouts will not be offered after August 10th.

Tryouts will begin Monday, August 2nd, 5:30 p.m.
Players must have a completed physical form (dated on or after May 1, 2010) in order to attend. Physicals will be held at FC on June 23rd – see calendar for further details. Summer open gym schedule is posted on calendar – check back often for updates/changes. Rising 9th graders may attend open gym after the 2009-2010 school year is over.
